Cancellation policy

Once the advance is paid, a cancellation does not get any refund.

The advance

An advance holds your seat. The amount for each tour is shown on that tour’s page.

Railway reservation

The railway reservation opens 60 days before departure. The booking deadline shown on each tour must therefore be met.

If we cancel a tour

If a tour has to be cancelled because of a natural event, a government restriction, or too few travellers, the organiser will contact you directly with the options.

Weather and roads

In the hills, weather or a closed road can change the plan. No refund is given for such a change.
