Terms and conditions

1. The organiser

All tours are arranged by Jagdamb Yatra Group, Mumbai.

2. Booking

• A seat is confirmed only once the advance is paid.
• A copy of your Aadhaar card showing your address must be provided.
• The balance must be paid before departure.

3. What the price includes

Each tour page lists what is included and what is not. That list is final.

4. Cancellation

The cancellation policy is on its own page. No refund is given after the advance.

5. The traveller’s responsibility

• Travellers are responsible for their own medicines and personal belongings.
• The tour leader’s instructions must be followed.
• Travellers should judge for themselves whether they are fit for travel in the hills.

6. Changes to the plan

The plan can change because of weather, roads, transport, or a government restriction.
