What we store

  • For a booking: your name, mobile number, and the names and ages of the travellers.
  • For an enquiry: your name, mobile number, and your message.

What we do not store

  • We do not store your IP address. Visits are counted with a one-way hash whose salt changes every day.
  • No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
  • Your details are never sold to anyone.

Aadhaar card

A copy of your Aadhaar card is needed for the railway reservation. It is collected on WhatsApp only, and is not uploaded to this website.

Removing your details

Call or message us on WhatsApp if you want your details removed.
